Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400* F. Coat the bottom of a baking dish with 1 Tbsp of Olive oil. Coat chicken pieces with remaining Olive oil. Mix garlic powder, oregano, Italian seasoning, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper in a small bowl to create a seasoning blend. Evenly rub seasoning blend onto chicken pieces
  2. Coat the bottom of a baking dish with 1 Tbsp of Olive oil.
  3. Mix garlic powder, oregano, Italian seasoning, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper in a small bowl to create a seasoning blend.
  4. Evenly rub seasoning blend onto chicken pieces.
  5. Bake uncovered in oven for 25 minutes, then flip pieces and cook another 20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160* F
Recipe Notes

This chicken is fairly easy to prepare if you keep your spices organized and easily accessible!  It is faster to prepare this dish and get it into the oven then it is to run through a drive-thru! While it cooks you can steam some veggies, clean your kitchen, help the kids with homework or just chill!
