Why do you need a Health and Wellness Practitioner?
You know what you are supposed to be doing (at least you are pretty sure you do…). Maybe your doctor, friend, family member or spouse has been on you about improving your health, but you aren’t sure exactly what that means. After all, you have made some changes to your diet, you are moving your body more, but nothing substantial is happening.
I know just how frustrating this feels.
You aren’t alone. 67% of Americans are overweight or obese and it isn’t because they don’t care or want to be overweight. They do care, but the conventional advice given on dieting and exercise is failing them. This leaves many people with the faulty notion that improving their health or trying to get into shape is simply too difficult.
The good news is it isn’t difficult.
Working with a Health and Wellness Practitioner makes navigating the road to health much simpler and a lot more enjoyable. You will learn a style of health management that focuses on you and your bioindividuality.
While in school, I was trained in over 100 dietary theories.
My well-rounded knowledge of the various approaches to diet and general wellness will help you to learn what brings success and what’s holding you back. Doctors often recommend their patients change their diet and start exercising, however, this is not their field of expertise. Unfortunately they are more limited in the advice they will give and even those doctors who offer the best advice don’t have the time to learn what works best for you.
How I will help you.
As a Health and Wellness Practitioner, I will help to customize a diet plan to meet your specific health goals and concerns. Based on your body type and past experiences with weight loss and exercise, I will get to know what’s best for YOU!
Figuring out what works best for you on your own is overwhelming, I can help you implement changes at a pace that best suits you so you can meet all of your goals. Working with me means you have a supportive mentor, there to hold your hand along the path and keep you accountable along the way.
Changing your diet and parts of your lifestyle will not only change your weight, you’ll also find you have less stress, improved self confidence and increased energy levels. Think about how great that will feel! Who wouldn’t like that?
